Information and Advice Line Changes

From 1 February, Indigo is shifted to a more holistic allied health service. What this means is we can now deliver more comprehensive, tailored health plans to assist individuals in meeting their longer-term independence goals.

The funding which has previously enabled our experienced health professionals to offer subsidised information and advice via phone and email, has been converted to allow us to deliver more outcome based allied health appointments in person either in the home or at the Nedlands Experience Centre.

The main change will be how we book appointments for Commonwealth Home Support Programme Customers (CHSP) of 65 years and over, where an appointment will require a referral from My Aged Care (MAC).

Privately funded customers and NDIS participants can book appointments with Indigo’s experienced health professionals Matured aged female customer outside using a mobile phoneas normal.

People can still contact our friendly Customer Services team for general information and advice, and to navigate pathways to booking appointments with our health professionals.
