THE ROLE 

This Data Entry Administrator role sits within the progressive Business Solutions Team. You will be supported by our Business Solutions manager and work predominantly within our Procurement portfolio. This role requires an excel guru, with an exceptional eye for detail, an inquisitive nature. You will have a strong background in administration. Most importantly you will bring a positive mindset to work and have fun working in a small tight knit team who accomplish big things!

 Key tasks include: 

  • Day-to-day Business Solutions administrative support
  • Inbox management including triage and escalation
  • Meeting support including scheduling, minute taking and agenda preparation
  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
  • Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
  • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents

THE CANDIDATE 

For this position, we are looking for vibrant professionals with excellent ITC skills, who are organised, approachable and driven to deliver great outcomes and enjoy a team environment. 

We seek someone with: 

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Self-driven with an ability to adapt and work autonomously
  • Confident and proficiency in the suite of Microsoft Office suite
  • High to advanced Excel competency
  • Strong communicator and enjoys a collaborative team approach
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Solutions focused problem solver
