We are excited to announce that our allied health services are open for individuals who receive home care packages (HCP) across the Perth metropolitan and Great Southern regions through contracted arrangements with HCP providers. Our focus is on empowering senior Aussies to complete daily tasks safely and confidently, and ensuring they can live independently in their homes for longer.
Our occupational therapy and physiotherapy services provide comprehensive assessments that include everything from assistive technology recommendations and home modifications to reablement therapy programs, mobility support, and personalized short-term exercise plans.
Our team of seasoned allied health professionals are dedicated to promoting independence while supporting each individual’s unique needs and goals, and we are able to partner with Home Care Package providers to explore and deliver these specialised services.
