Physiotherapists take a whole-body approach and develop customised programs which may include exercise, massage, stretching and equipment and devices to achieve individual goals.

At Indigo, our physiotherapists can work with customers to improve their mobility, balance, strength, and endurance so they can do the things they want to do for longer and maintain their independence.
