Indigo (formerly Independent Living Centre WA) is a leading provider of Assistive technology (devices and equipment), home modifications, therapy, and professional education. We provide tailored allied health and AT solutions to people with disability, seniors, carers, health professionals and educators. This Office Administrator role sits within the progressive Business Support Team. You will be supported by our Business support manager and provide a diverse range of administration functions to meet organisation needs.

You will have a strong background in administration Most importantly you will bring a positive mindset to work and have fun working in a small tight knit team who accomplish big things! 

 

THE ROLE 

Key tasks include: 
  • Day-to-day Business Solutions administrative support
  • Inbox management including triage and escalation
  • Meeting support including scheduling, minute taking and agenda preparation
  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
  • Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
  • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.

THE CANDIDATE

We are seeking someone with: 

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Self-driven with an ability to adapt and work autonomously
  • Confident and proficiency in the suite of Microsoft Office suite
  • High to advanced Excel competency
  • Strong communicator and enjoys a collaborative team approach
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Solution focused problem solver
