We are very proud of our 40-year history as Independent Living Centre WA, so while we’re changing our name and look, there are some things we’ll never change.
Like the vision of our founder, Freda Jacob, and how we go about our work.
Integrity. Passion. Creativity. Together.

Coronavirus Update: Reopening
8 February 2021
Indigo has reopened this week!
The hard five-day lockdown for Perth, Peel and the South West regions lifted from 6pm Friday 5 February, with restrictions still in place for Perth and Peel until 12.01am Sunday, 14 February.
We are offering face to face appointments again from Monday 8 February, following a screening check before each visit.
Please note the following requirements:
- Facemasks need to be worn by all visitors to the Experience Centre in Nedlands, and we can provide masks for customers who do not have their own (unless they are exempt from having to wear a mask).
- Indigo’s staff are required to wear masks on all home visits, and can also provide masks if customers don’t have their own.
- Please manually sign in or use the SafeWA App to register your attendance at our offices.
- All social distancing and hand hygiene rules will apply.
