Indigo (formerly Independent Living Centre WA) is a leading provider of Assistive technology (devices and equipment), home modifications, therapy, and professional education.

We are seeking Customer Service Officers to support us with the ongoing growth of Indigo, and expansion of the national GEAT (Goods, Equipment and Assistive Technology) contract under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.

THE ROLE

Are you passionate about customer service and looking for a fast-paced role in a growing not-for-profit organisation? Indigo is looking for an experienced scheduler to support a team of Customer Service Officers and Occupational Therapists. 

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring staff schedules to efficiently book telephone appointments for older adults who have received equipment through the Goods and Equipment programme.

This role is based in our Nedlands office, accessed by excellent public transport links. And there is the availability to work some days from home once your training is complete. 

 

    THE CANDIDATE

    The successful candidate will have:
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Sound attention to detail
    • Previous experience in scheduling resources
    • Highly competent in the use of the Microsoft Office suite

    Previous experience and knowledge of the aged care sector and assistive technology is desirable but not essential.
